Daily Congress Newspaper

Congress Newspaper will be published on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th October.
It will provide programme updates, informative articles, interviews with experts and social programme information. The newspaper will be available in the morning at the CTICC entrances and the registration area.

Media Centre

Congress media centre will be located in the Westin Grand Hotel, adjacent to the CTICC.

Security

Security measures have been implemented for the safety of participants.
Name Badges must be worn at all time in the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Simultaneous Translation

Simultaneous translation is available in Spanish and French in Auditorium 1 and Auditorium 2.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Shuttle To The Convention Centre

A transport shuttle will be provided from all official Congress hotels, other than the hotels within walking distance of the CTICC. Please see the transport schedule in the delegate bag for more information.
The Transport Shuttle Schedule will also be displayed at the CTICC and at the official Congress hotels.

Dress Code

Attire is smart casual, except for official functions, or where otherwise stated.

Participants are advised to carry a light jacket when attending Congress sessions, when going out in the evening or going on tours as most venues and tour coaches will be air-conditioned.
