Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Delegates unable to attend the XIX FIGO Congress after having paid their registration fees must provide a written request for their refund. Please email: congress@figo.org
  • All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
  • For cancellations received on or before 4th April 2009 an administrative fee of R 1200 will be deducted from all refunds.
  • For cancellations received between 5th April and 4th July 2009 participants will receive a 50% refund minus an administrative fee of R 1200.
  • For cancellations received on or after 5th July 2009, no refunds will be made.
