Meander through the vineyards, surprisingly close to the city, where the ever changing colours, majestic mountains, scenic vineyards and orchards unfold. Enjoy a breathtaking view at Bloemendal. Visit a family run wine estate, world renowned for empowerment of its local workers. Ascend Paarl Rock, for sweeping views, then head for an amazing first hand contact experience with the Dreamcatcher Kamammas (matriarchs) of Stellenbosch to Cook-up with Kamamma, for a sumptuous wholesome interactive food experience with them. You will meet Yellow, who is a local Bushman and wire artist and admire his work. Here in the community of Kayamandi, you will have the chance to talk to the women themselves to discuss typical women's health issues at the grass routes of the country, their lifestyle and nutrition which impacts upon their health and motherhood.
