The Kruger National Park is one of the most famous national parks in the world and is definitely the place to go if you want to see the 'Big Five' - safari country at its best. From Johannesburg, en route to the Kruger National Park you will pass through Dullstroom, Lydenburg and over the scenically spectacular Long Tom Pass before arriving at your hotel for your overnight stay. Visiting the nearby Shangaan Cultural Village, you will gain insight into the traditional Shangaan way of life, their culture and dances, as well as being treated to a fine dinner.
The second day is a full day game drive, in the Kruger National Park, in open vehicles, which will provide excellent game viewing opportunities. Included, is a scrumptious buffet style picnic lunch.
The third day will start with a half-day trip to view the famous Panorama Route, with highlights being the view sights at the Pinnacles, God's Window and the Bourke's Luck Potholes. In the evening, you will board open vehicles, each with it's own specialist driver / guide and spend the next few hours taking in the nightlife of this pristine area. The evening will end with a bush barbecue taken under the stars. On the last day, you will enjoy a leisurely drive back to Johannesburg.
