Airport Transfers

Airport Transfer bookings close on the 18th of September 2009. There will be a hospitality desk available at Cape Town International Airport (at both the International and Domestic arrivals halls), on the 3rd and 4th of October 2009, and the personnel at these desks will be able to assist you with your transfer requirements. If you arrive outside of these dates you will need to make your own arrangements at the Airport.

Departure transfers may be booked onsite at the conference venue at the Transport / Airport Transfer Desk.

Airport Transfers can be arranged between Cape Town International Airport and appointed accommodation. Rates and details are as follows:

Zone One - R200.00 per person per transfer, one way.
This transfer cost will cover the following areas:
Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, Central City, Devil's Peak, De Waterkant, Foreshore, Gardens, Green Market Square, Green Point, Mowbray, Sea Point, Tamboerskloof, Waterfront, Woodstock.

Zone Two - R225.00 per person per transfer, one way.
This transfer cost will cover the following areas: Bellville, Blouberg, Cape Town Airport, Century City, Constantia, Durbanville, Glencairn, Hout Bay, Lagoon Beach, Newlands, Panorama, Parrow, Pinelands, Table View, University estate.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Transfers will be booked on the hour, (Example: If your flight arrival time is 11:20, your transfer will be booked to depart Cape Town International Airport at 12:00).
  2. Pick up times for departure transfers: (International: Three hours before the flight time) / (Domestic: Two hours before the flight times).
  3. All transfers must be pre-booked and pre-paid prior to the date of service.
  4. Advanced arrival transfer bookings close on the 15th of September 2009.
  5. There will be a hospitality desk operational on the 3rd and 4th of October at Cape Town International Airport, to assist you with your transfer queries.
