Online Pre Registration Cut Off - Please note that online pre-registration for the congress will close on the 23rd of September 2009, registration forms received between 24 September and 2 October will still be permitted the Regular Registration Fee but delegates will need to report to the Onsite Registration Desk at the CTICC in Cape Town to process and pay for their registration.
Bank Draft Payments - If you are still processing payment for the Figo Congress, please make sure your bank transfer is transacted on or before the 21st of September 2009. Unfortunately bank transfers and electronic fund transfers can take up to 10 days to process. If your payment has not been received in our bank account by the 2nd of October, your registration will be treated as unpaid and you will be required to make payment when you collect your registration packs. If your original payment is then received after the 2 October, it will be duly refunded to you after the conference closes.

All transactions are conducted in terms of Turners standard conditions of trading. They are published on the Turners Conferences website & available on application.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Delegates unable to attend the XIX FIGO Congress after having paid their registration fees must provide a written request for their refund. Please email: congress@figo.org
- All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
- For cancellations received on or before 4th April 2009 an administrative fee of R 1200 will be deducted from all refunds.
- For cancellations received between 5th April and 4th July 2009 participants will receive a 50% refund minus an administrative fee of R 1200.
- For cancellations received on or after 5th July 2009, no refunds will be made.
